I think Icefrog was just working on the latest versions, nah?
Terrainer was another man, I forgot the name... Same sh** about items.
Eul and Guinsoo were the original developers of DoTA, Icefrog is just a talented workhorse who developed the map to the current state.

Icefrog give permission to dreamraider doesn't mean he give permission to you to post his resources over here. Anyway, I do believe they have their own official site for it.
