Object Editor Help

Hey, I was just wondering, is it possible to add a picture into description (you know, when you are ingame and you point onto an icon with the cursor, the text that appears) of a spell (or a unit/building/upgrade...) using only the Object Editor.

I do not think that is possible with the object editor .. Even with triggers i could not find that action, sorry.
