I'm afraid we don't deal in pirated copies of Warcraft 3 here
The best way to get your own copy of the World Editor is to purchase a new copy of Warcraft 3 from Blizzard's online store Warcraft 3 is relatively cheap these days
If you still have your legitimate CD key, then your in luck! You could always borrow a friends CD, and install it with your own CD Key instead of theirs The latest warcraft 3 patch does not require a CD to run to once installed, you won't need the CD again
