Notebook without OS?

I'm looking to buy a notebook without any OS installed, so that I can install Ubuntu on it and possibly save a few bucks if possible. Anyone know a notebook vendor who sells something like that, or if it's even possibly at all that I would save money from doing so?

I don't know if it is possible on your country, but when you install Windows you must accept the EULA. Well, if you don't, you should be eligible for a refund. Don't know much more, but do look into it.
