"Not authorized to view the page" bar

I keep getting a bar saying "You are not authorized to view this page" or w.e it means in english. I think it was supposed to be a banner or something, but could you please fix?

it's the google ads.. they won't appear as long as I am blocked from google.. soon (hopefully) google will unblock me.
