I tried to make a nod Obelisk of light.
What do think?

And this is my 1st model ever so i am noob.
And yes i know the texture on the side is co-bobled
I made it in Milkshape

It is a good model but I would reccomend making it a bit more "smooth". It also seems a bit "contorted" but that may be the "look" you wanted.
 
The thing needs to be more colorful, look at the C&C 3 Model for references
