No-Target Pell (GUI) (Aoe and single hit)

Hello, I want to make a No-target spell but can't do it myself.
Like i want to cast a spear 1000 range but no target, or a hook, still no target. I will both need a no-target spell with adn without AOE. When i have that i can make 1000 of spells myself, just need the idea
-A spell were you move your hero to selected place (not teleport. but jump) and slash ground, deals X damage??
-If any1 could help it would be AWESOME

When the spell ends, pick units in range of the caster and damage them.

I think it has some ground targeted missile abilities.
