No campeign editor?

This is probably a stupid question that is going to incite a bunch of crap but why do i not have a campaign editor in my world editor?
i see videos on youtube where people's bar at the top has an icon for all the editors, (terrain, trigger, etc) which includes the campaign editor and what i am assuming to be as the AI editor.
i don't have either of these, only terrain, trigger, sound, and object editor.
i have the latest patch for Warcraft? is there something i need to be able to use those editors? do you need the frozen throne? when i press F7 which is supposedly the hotkey for the campaign editor, nothing happens.

it's kinda annoying
especially when i'm trying to make campaigns x(

I'd imagine you would indeed need the Frozen Throne. I could be wrong.

it could be. every youtube video i've watched about the editor has had "frozen throne" in the tags :/

if you don't have Frozen throne, then you can't make campaigns (the ones in w3n format). In editor it has book icon.
