Night Elf theme

I noticed a while ago that on the Night Elf theme, the little box containing all the links is missing two very important areas. The Rules, and the Chat. I think there's enough space to fit them in there, and since it's my favorite theme, I'd really like to see those buttons there so I don't need to switch themes every time I go to the chat (which is often).
