You might want to add event objects the model is lacking right now. If you're interested in doing so, I encourage you to read existing hive tutorials about magos's warcraft 3 model editor management of eventobjects.
Blood Elf 'paladins' are actually blood knights
Night Elf 'priests' do not worship the light, they worship Elune.
Both basically exist because of gameplay taking preference over lore.
But sure, you could make a moon worshiping night elf but it would not be a paladin, technically.
Well, i don't see a lore problem, technically a paladin is a warrior priest who wield holy energies, like the zandalari vindicators, the tauren sunwalkers, or even the blood knights, isn't? the light of elune isn't considered as a holy force?
If a Blood Knight was a paladin they would not be called Blood Knights, they would be called paladins.
It is simplified for gameplay reasons.
Proof: worgen druids, their curse give them enhanced druidic powers but they are not druids. Humans can only be Harvest Witches.
So, same result but it is fundamentally different.
It's kinda like saying Muslims can become Templars because they are religious.
Maybe we can create something new, ideas on this site growth up blizzard's ideas, so we can build up blizzard's idea about paladins something like moon knight (other name paladin but draw power from moon)
I think NE paladins are gonna become canon now tho? Please do correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't there a recently indtucted NE priest into the Silverhand ranks in Legion?
