NewGen world editor pathing

The tileset is Dalaran, I'm trying to change the square tiles to buildable but it doesn't seem to change, I check buildable, restart the editor and when I open my map, the tile is still unbuildable, am I doing something wrong?

I had this problem before, when switching to the official Newgen editor provided on the hive.

You simply need to reset UMSWE by ticking all 4 options off and on again.
