Hey Raxsis,
First of all you should introduce yourself.
Second of all, to create a map you need nothing less then a Warcraft 3 installation. Blizzard created a world editor, just for the ones that like to create a custom map.
How to find it? Go to your folder where Warcraft 3 is installed.
You will find a file named World Editor. Open it, and you're ready to work!

i think my wc3 is wc3 cracked and that world editor can't open
that why i wanna search crack for world editor or other editor
