New to custom models, and really need help

Ok, so I imported this model: Templar - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site

Its a great model, and i really need to use it for my map. But it doesnt show up. I followed the "how to import MODEL X into world editor" at the bottom of the page to the letter, but when i get it all imported and bound, it says it cant load the model. I was pretty sure it used textures from the game, so i dont know if its that or something else...

Remove the model from your importer, redownload it and import it.
I have it in a map of mine. It has all ingame skins.
