Can I ask for Help

Hi Everyone this is my first time to post and i need help
everytime i import a model it doesnt work where it tells me it can't load the file

i follow the steps as written in each model but to no avail

so what can i do ??

After first import you should re-open your map. If still doesn`t work ask somebody to check the model (be sure this is model, not skin).
