New Refer a friend system

So now came a new refer a friend system with you can only have 5 friends invited and if they all are level 10 you get 5k ip, Gray Warwick and Medieval Twitch. So what do you think about it. I think that now it kinda sucks since you cant get rp anymore with it so there goes even my last chance to earn rp
