New Map Mod System

Here's the deal;

When I download a map, play it, review it (or at least spare a couple words), I rate it, and attempt to vote for approval. ERROR: You must of downloaded this map within 24 hours...etc. So I download the map again, and try voting again.

Same error.

Is this some sort of bug or is it just me? Is anyone else getting the same issue?

Worked fine when I tested it, and according to Ralle there are a good number of votes (which indicates it is working for other people too), so it may be your computer, but otherwise it's probably map or situation specific.
