New Lich King and Kel'Thuzad

Im just asking, didnt everyone remember Kel'Thuzad is loyal to the Lich King? What if he joins forces with the Knights of Ebon Hold, or the Forsaken, or just stay up in Northrend? Give me your opinion on this.
