New "Hero Wars", need some help with custom skills/some commands.

I am making a kinda weird but fun hero wars with recipe items custom heroes and skills etc... I need someone who could add some custom hero skills for the custom models I have. I also need someone who could make a banking system with commands such as -deposit and -withdraw. I am done with most other stuff and already have a lot of custom models.
