New Flash MX 2004 User

Hi everyone! I just got Flash MX 2004 and I have a question. I looked all around it and I can't find where the font colours option is. I found the text options but it just wont show! I also want to make it so the background whereever the text is put is black. Could someone help a newb? :?

Ok, nevermind I got that working but now the paint bucket tool won't fill. I've set the fill and stroke colours in and it still won't fill...

Incase you mean frame rate
You see these 'file' 'view' at the box up there, well you have to choose 'Modify', now you should see that 'Document...' and you'll clickety clik it

After you have Clickety Clikied it you should see box like that one below
