Talk-able: Abilities - Normal (Select Unit)
Show map icon: Stats - Neutral Building - Show Minimap Icon (True)
With the Select Unit ability, you will need not just a player selecting the shop but a unit next to the shop that can purchase items.

What criteria are necessary for making the "Stats - Neutral Building - Show Minimap Icon" field appear?
