Needs Fix for Model

The model is made by me by geo merging few doodads to serve as undead range. However it crashes the wc3 :(

Since I am not a modeller this can be rather considered as a complete model request though!

There are three targets to achieve (Completing any one will also be appreciated):

Primary:
-Fix the model so that it does not crash wc3 (basically debugging)

Secondary:
-Add Undead anims (Birth,Death,Decay,Stand Work)

Tertiary:
Skin being used is ingame texture. I don't know how to UVW wrap.
-Remap texture to use ingame textures
(Used Texture Paths: Buildings\Undead\GargoyleSpire\GargoyleSpire.blp; & Buildings\Undead\Graveyard\Graveyard.blp)
-Rewrap Doodads to look more like Undead building (rather than a geo-merge)
