Just use Microsoft Sam.

I was just cracking a joke when I said use MS Sam. I haven't met any 100% realistic voice imitator software. You'll have to go with voice actors.
I would also like to warn you that you shouldn't bother to try implement too much voice acting to multiplayer maps.
.Wav files use a tremendous amount of disk space and you can't convert warcraft sounds to .mp3 format. As far as I know you can only use .mp3 files as music.
BUT.
You can just import your sound actor made "Evil Male Demonic Undead Cinematic Speech" or whatever as a MUSIC file and play it as a music when you need it, thus reducing your map size greatly.
