Found a bit of a problem with the map as it is now.
If 2 players remain and they are both of equal strength, the game lasts too long. likewise, if they're both clueless at micro and just keep zerging eachother, the game lasts too long as well.

How would I decrease the average time spent until victory? Suggestions please!

Add a trigger, the longer the game lasts, the more mana players get over time. This speeds up the process, allowing for more spellcasts, special units etc... eventually one of the two players just has to be slower or less skilled, thus getting overrun.

Yeah, that would kinda overpower blue, especially with the amount of air they would have by the end. (Unspeakable, (5?) djinns, 8 djinn clones, 8 magi, 13 storm elementals = gg)

Possibly have an advantage to a player who played better throughout the game, if the game hits a certain length? (30 minutes, or whatever else)

Well... what else? There's not much more I can think of, really. It's hard, since every color depends on something else. You could always increase everything, mana regain, unit spawns... perhaps even all damage done by all units.
