Need some info on this one

Hi, i'm rysnt11
Last few days, i stated that i have a 'lungs cancer'
Then, my doc says he was wrong, and stated that i don't have 'lungs cancer', but....
I got seminoma!
What is that??
I've read throughout internet and all they says it's another cancer with only medical drugs can heal it, does it really true?
Or there's another alternative ways to cure this cancer??

seminoma is a cancer of the testes,wow... what have you been doing to your body...
Anyway heres the cure - chemotherapy

Dunno...
Last time i was doing a surgery on my appendix
Then i still had some issue with my back, and my stomatch
The doctor that do the surgery to me just keep telling me that's just my mind
