Need Some Help

Hi all, i have a question. How do i put a specific team name. What i mean is like in DoTA, you have; The Sentinel and The Scourge above the names of the players who have joined before the host starts the game.
How do i do something like this so that when people join my map they can move freely in the player slots to choose their preferred team and colors because i want the teams and colors fixed.
Could anyone tell me how to fix the teams and colors as well so that they cant be selected.I have changed the settings in >Player Properties so that each player gets specific races but when i test the map the races and colors are still selectable.
