Need Java Help...

I am trying to put program made in C++ to Java...I found the program to convert the code and it works fine....

I need someone to tell me how to make it to .jar file and make available to run on mobile phone..

back then when I was making simple JAVA stuff I used a program called "Eclipse"
it's freeware of course and it had an option to create executable jar archives (it was a little complicated to import libraries but if you got a program which can translate c++ to JAVA that should be no problem for you)
however I don't know if they will work on a mobile phone...
