Need Help Working with Milkshape 3d

i've finished everything except exporting my model. when i try to export it to MDL. it keeps telling me i have "No Control Script Found"

uhhmmm. i really dont have any clue what im doing.

uhm, can somebody please tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix it?

and sometimes i also have this problem of the joints stretching alover the place when i try to move it. XD

You need some .dll file in your Milkshape folder that makes you able to export in .mdx but not .mdl, .mdx's better anyway.
