Milkshape Export?

Alright I've been trying to get into modeling and i'm using milkshape atm because I took one look at Gmax and got scared away. My question is does anyone have an exporter script for milkshape? I got one from the project revolution mod and it works except you have to put your own head into the file and I don't know how to do that. If somebody could teach me or link me to there exporter or xfire there exporter to me. That would be great.
