[Import] Need help with transparent Fade Filter

Can someone modify this .tga and make it a .blp so that it works correctly in warcraft when called as a fade filter. I need the letters to be displayed, while still allowing the background to be visible behind those letters.

Could you also please test it before you send it to me so as to make sure it works.

As requested, here is the .blp-version (compressed it a little bit too).
Tested in-game and works.

Edit: hmh, I think I can actually reduce the file-size quite a bit more. Let me try.
Edit 2: yeah, I think that's good enough. In-game quality isn't noticeably worse either (New file: ForgottenSSF-2).
