Need help with new map trigger (Voting board thing)

I searched and searched these forums but I finally decided to register and ask my question: How do I create a pop up board that asks questions? I tried to open some maps I knew had voting boards in them but they were protected.

what you are looking for is not a board but mroe likley a dialogue.
I am pretty shure taht on this side are several voting-systems to be downloaded. either as 'spells' (dunno why they are grouped there) or as 'JASS' (even though not all of them may actually be jass)

feel free to look through them and use them if you want to. If you did not find what you are looking for, try to find a tutorial about 'dialogues'. That should help.
