Need help with my map

I made a own map but i have the problem with mods and the multiboard.
Pls help me with my map.

ps: i forgot i come from germany so my english are very bad.

Ok the problem is if i start the map the multiboard didnt show something and i try to make a all playable mod but the mod dosent work and the clock skin dosent work and i dont know why but if i dosent click anything the invetar skin goes to the normal skin back. So i need anyone who help me to fix the map.
