Need help with importing a skin.

when i try to import a skin i copy and paste the Textures\Footman.blp and i do the same for the footmen and when i try to pick the footmen and set him in editor his skin is a big green box

This happens if the skin file is damaged or the format isn't .blp
And you shouldn't do anything to the footman, you just set the imported texture to the custom path.

You need to restart the editor when importing models and doodads
And normally a skin only shows up, when reloading the WE or ingame!
