I need help with a character skills. It's for a anime based map I need help on either getting an arcane ability that is similar to Another Dimension of the named character
or if its possible a skill that is actually another dimension.

Basically on the serie another dimension is a skill that Saga on the anime pushes his enemy to another dimension (you don't say) which they are supposed to instantly die
but there are characters that have escaped the dimension but of course damaged. The attack can be stopped by hitting him, of course must be done by another person.
so the skill must according to the anime a single target but it could also target multiple enemies in a small radius area. The skill should do damage per sec, something like 50+(Strength x3).
The other skill which I can just simply use Starfall and modify it. is called Galaxy Eplosion

He trows a planet in the animation, but he also can just drop multiple stars and planets from above the opponent
