need help with a trigger ability

if sum one can make me this ability

when blade master=(avatar) is used i want this ability to get an art= effect... around the (TARGET) = aragorn for 25 seconds. The time that the blade master effect is used. i mean that time avatar is used.... for example i have coldown on 20 seconds then the effect is there in 20 second.... the light effect,,,

and i also want that.

when he use avatar that he not changing size in game.... also.....

Ok ok i think i know what you mean...the event that the casters casts this spell
special effect add special effect on weapons or hands or, unit add buff and create the buff in spell\buff editor. You can set the duration of the effect the same as the ability.
If you don´t want him too increase size use a diff ability, like Chemical Rage or Metamorph just use the same unit but with diff stats.
