Now this sounds pretty stupid (AND IS)
How do you upload maps?? do I drag the file into this bar or what?

https://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/upload

Click the Browse/Choose button, and select your map file.

Click or enter a tag that describes your map (for example: "AoS" or "RPG" etc...)

Enter a brief description of your map in the lower box and add any other important info.

Also, Read the map rules on the page and make sure to follow them.

Then press the Upload button when you are all finished. It may take a few moments for the map to upload so be patient. One of our esteemed map moderators will look at your map as soon as possible.

Hopefully this answered the question.

If you just want to attach a map file to a post in the forum (if you want help with it or something like that) use the attachment feature on the forums. Read more about it here:

Fucking huge problem with that. I CAN NOT FIND A "BROWSE/CHOOSE" button

There should be a Browse button (or it might be called "Choose" in Opera, iirc) as shown in the screenshot below.
