Agreed but if you want an ADC I would recommend either Kog'Maw or Caitlyn which I personally think are a lot funnier.

Also which champion is better is subjective.
One champion can be better in a match up but in other match up he is worse.
For example Yorick counters most top laners but if you put him against a Cho'Gath Cho'gath will have an advantage over Yorick because of his passive.
