Need help please. How to change raw code in WE?

How to change ability raw code in WE? Or can I set a raw code for my new custom ability? Thank you!

you can view the raw-codes set, and change them when creating the custom unit/ability/whatever when using JNGP that can be found here

but im not entirely sure you can altar them in the original world editor.

Thanks for the reply. I have downloaded the JNGP, but could not find the "custom" menu you mentioned. Could you be more specific? Thanks a lot.
