Need help for making a spell trigger

Can someone help me to make a spell that scale damage with atrribute? For example *finger of death deals 10 x int damage*

Also how i can make it with levels? for example:
Level 1 dealing 3x INT damage
Level 2 dealing 5X INT damage

P.S i am very bad at making triggers :D :/
