[SD/Modeling] Need help fix this CaptainJackSparrow model

Hello there, so i got this Captain Jack Sparrow model from a friend. But there is a problem with him, his chest is omg popping out of his body which looks so weird lol, it also affect the actions too with the chest jumping out. Please help me fix this, ty.
