Need Help About Triggered Spell Creation

Hi , i need help about creating and fowarding trigger to hero .

Step 1 : i created ability for hero Level 1/2/3/4 : Give As 15/15/15/15

And wanna trigger this ability with damage bonus

Ex : I have Ghoul and per hit

Level 1 : Gives +1 Damage bonus Max +30
Level 2 : Gives +2 Damage bonus Max +50
Level 3 : Gives +3 Damage bonus Max +60
Level 4 : Gives +4 Damage bonus Max +60

Duration When Damage Maxed 45 Sec Non maxed 30 sec

Can any help me ?

create an ability that gives +1 damage and has 60 levels each with +2,+3,etc. damage.

on hit, if level of abil = 0 then add abil and set level of abil to level of your passive abil that triggers this

else, set level of abil to level of abil + level of your passive abil
