I started yesterday creating a new Race for wc3 custom games i don't know it the races already exist or not i still will do it but i need help with spells and the triggers of it.

For the "Custom Race Selection" stuffs, the traditional system would be using the dialog system.

Tutorials for creating a basic/advanced dialogs: Method #1 or #2

There are plenty of tutorials that teach you how to implement the "Custom Race Selection".

This modern alternative is probably the best way if you're using the latest WC3 patch: UI-Custom Race System

Also, I highly suggest posting this kind of question in the main forum of WEHZ as this sub-forum is only intended if you're having a trouble with your triggers/scripts.
