Hello everyone.
We have been working on some wc3 project(a multiplayer wc3 map) for few months now.
Well everything is going fine except modeling. We are in search for someone who can make models.
We can't use regular wc3 models because they are too "poor";
we need heroes specially adapted for our project
because we're focusing on enhancing visual and gameplay generally
(our focus is to make the map user-friendly too).
Info for Model Maker:
GENERALLY:
[*]-Multiplayer PvP battlefield (with more tactical design of terrain) game with one building capture points
(they are used as a condition to win, and used for calculation of winning points)
[*]- Co-op minigams as hero defense and hero offense
and later maybe more that are used for heroes to level up and obtain gold
[*]- changed system of items (how they work adding more effects as resistances, spell damage bonus, critical, chance to block, etc.)
retaining regular inventory look because its the most user-friendly for use
[*]- more tactical gameplay implemented to avoid just senseless PvPing; more systems affect this like blocking, synergies of spells (work differently than in Diablo II),
combination of items (I don't mean recipes), sneaking that can be used to hide or to be noticed harder because heroes won't be shown on minimap,
won't be selectable, cursor won't change color on hovering enemies, and many other things
[*]- map will be fast paced, meaning that we will avoid slow animations, slow walking,
and everything slow what could make you DO NOTHING at any point of game
[*]- advanced selection of spells what will allow you to have option of several builds as you choose
[*]- advanced damage systems that will be fully balanced; meaning that heroes will not be focused on melee attacks only and hero statistics only:
all hero possibilities will be connected and you will not be able to improve hero in all categories
(you will improve hero weaknesses as you improve his strength)
[*]- heroes (races,roles,classes,characters) with fully written description, story and personality, good content and each hero will be special,
meaning that all heroes will be different as much we can make them do
[*]- Well for now I can't remember more generally things related to map
SPECIFICATIONS:
[*]- positive attitude generally and for model making
[*]- models will required more animations than regular wc3 model;
such as animation for blocking, sneaking...different spells/attacks...
[*]- we have artwork for all models but that could change, they are posted bellow
[*]- models should be take low space (use of ingame textures for example)
[*]- anyone can PM me if he wants detailed summary of map or have any question
[*]- we can assure you that we WOULD NOT quit of making project (its all realized and progress goes well, we are very happy with it)
[*]- map will be unprotected and the whole content of the map
[*]- we will release beta version on our "picture" and then we will update as users will lead us (how they desire for map to "look")
