Need Gnoll model

I need a gnoll model with no attachments and doing a "sword and shield" kind of animation. Custom Animations would be preferred. I could make the custom skin if wanted.

This is a basic sketch of what it would look like more detailed later.

1 is the body armor, 2 is the shoulders and 3 is the dress/loincloth.

I know its close but it has not much spell anims. At least 2. And i dont like the back wrap of the gnoll.
