No i need unic model, not overseer with glow.

adding some armor,etc.

If you have World Editor Unlimited, you could just add the glow to an existing model using a trigger.

There are no Gnome models however....

there are Gnolls creeps though, so just add the hero glow to it

That won't do/satisfy him. What this person wants is some work on the gnoll. A simple hero glow adding is not what you call a fufilled model request - gnoll hero

Maybe you can remove a existing gnoll's weapon, add another via Whitehorn's tutorial and or skin it, add a hero glow may do it for now.
