Need Avvy Revision

A request to any of those who are inclined to art, and are not too busy

My avvy is blurry, as I drew it by hand. I scanned it to my computer, and colored it... If someone has time it would be cool if they could make it sharper and more visually appealing. I use Paint.net as I cannot afford photoshop so not much I can do without degrading the image quality past the point it is at.

Thanks if someone undertakes this
