Simple Model I Need to be Altered! Simple!!!

Hello! If anyone can do this (I don't have the tools), I need someone to edit the "frostbolt" model for me. I need it to have some height so when I use it as missile art for shockwave or carrion swarm, it will appear to float instead of travel on the ground. Not to be picky, but it would be great if it was shoulder-high to a regularly scaled Blood Mage. If anyone can do this it would be very helpful. Thx!

P.S. If anyone knows of any simple tools on how to do such easy mdl edits, please point me int he right direction!

you use notepad for mdl... and its not simple. lots of numbers. dl gmax.. (unless you have 56k.=)
