Need an animator...

Ok, I need someone to animate Cerberus I made, since I'm a complete sh*thead at animating:

Thanks in advance!

In max animation you have to break it into pieces, but Milkshape is different I assume?

Jerky animations have nothing to do with welding or not.

You assign vertices to bones. Even if the vertices are unwelded, they still exist on precisely the same spot, so when assigning, you'll select them all anyway.

Welding has absolutely nothing to do with animations whatsoever. It's about keeping the geometry solid.
