Need 2 spells for the chaos general

hey i have 2 spell request too
for this hero here: Chaos General
First thing:
Chance to do a bladestorm. Need for 5 levels. When the Chaos General will be attacked there is for level 1 a 10% chance to do that. for every next lvl 2% more chance to do a whirlwind. Damage should be 100/150/200/250/300

2nd thing:
Choas General jumb to one area and make a thunderclap where he comes down. Need 5 levels. Range: 300/350/400/450/500
Damage:200/250/300/350/400
Stun: 1 sec/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8
Area: 170/190/210/230/250
