ForceUIKey only works A-Z and 0-9. It can never use meta keys. ForceUIKey will not work while the chat edit box is open. I'm not sure if the same applies for other edit boxes.
This post is purely for austerity so that no one has to go through the trial and error I did.
I passed (almost) every combination of ASCII characters (up to 4 digits) to the function and monitored the results via the OSKEY events (which do fire from this native)
I then reached out to Kam who later confirmed this.
