Where to start?
Right with the Reason!
there is no portrait, not even a Cam.

The texture looks kinda weird, please make a
full chest armor out of it. as it is know
its like the armor could fall apart every second.

You should try modify it more from the naga royak guard/myrmidon model.

At least make the texture better. the armor is very plain and flat looking (naga usually have very intricate armor/weapons. and quite frankly, wouldnt steel armor rust in water? and if you look at his face, there is an "armor" gray geoset that is digging into his head and eyes. :/ sorry but i think this needs more work
